The company holds an annual internal sales meeting to prepare for the upcoming year. 2018's theme was "Performance Matters", focusing on the business tactics and professional strategies that optimize sales.
My concept was chosen from a handful submitted by the entire design team. I was inspired by the aesthetic of a 1960's businessman, mimicking a man's silhouette with the manipulation of the type and subtly mentioning the company's branding by including the shamrock and the signature green.
